Chai Cancer Care is described as a ‘life-saver' by our clients. We are meeting an urgent need, one that is growing at an alarming rate, as the incidence of cancer increases. By 2010, one in two people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.

Since moving to our new building, a dedicated centre of excellence and haven of tranquility, the numbers using our services have trebled. We are making a difference to hundreds of lives every week, but this all comes at an extremely high price. With more and more people turning to Chai as the first port of call, and the demand increasing rapidly, the financial pressures are becoming substantially greater.

It is Chai's belief that everyone should benefit from our services, regardless of their financial means. At least 85% of our clients are only able to afford a small contribution. But our ability to continue offering vital services relies on the generosity of our supporters.

There is a wide range of ways you can support Chai, including making a donation through this website, hosting a ‘chai dining' event for friends and leaving a Legacy to Chai.
