On Tuesday 9th October, Yavneh Primary School pupil, Abigail Cowan, chose to cut her long hair in aid of Chai. Her selfless act has raised over £1,093 so far.

The Spevock’s Walk for Chai raised £2,600

On Sunday 30th September, Chai client, Vivien Spevock, together with her husband, Ed, son Nick, daughter in-law Judith and grandsons, Zach (10) and Levi (5), embarked on a sponsored walk in aid of Chai. The family have raised £2,600 so far!

Chloe Grant Climbs Kilimanjaro raising £2,859 for Chai

On the 23rd of September, Chloe Grant embarked on an 8 day hike through five different climate zones, scaling the highest peak in Africa and reaching Kilimanjaro’s summit at 19,341 feet.

Samuel & Ben’s Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge raised over £2,050

On the 29th of August, Samuel Masters and Ben Igielman climbed all three of Yorkshire’s tallest peaks in just 12 hours! They have raised over £2,050 which will be split between Chai and Norwood.

Chai Runners raise over £8,000 for Chai at the Maccabi GB Fun Run

Over 135 people took on the Maccabi GB Community Fun Run in aid of Chai Cancer Care on Sunday 24th June at Allianz Park.  The event, which has raised over £8,000 so far for Chai, was a huge success again this year with over 6,500 people taking part to support and raise money for their chosen charities.
